Lower Neuadd Reservoir FP closure

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: Section 14 (1) Brecon Beacons National Park Authority (Public Footpath No. 5 in the Community of Llanfrynach) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority has made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit the passage of pedestrians in the length of public footpath no. 5 in the Community of Llanfrynach, Powys which extends for a distance of 275 metres or thereabouts in south westerly then west south westerly direction from grid reference 303171,218085 to the east of Lower Neuadd Reservoir to grid reference 302937,217977 to the west of Lower Neuadd Reservoir.   The purpose of the Order is to ensure public safety while essential work is being carried out at Lower Neuadd Reservoir.

No alternative route is available via the rights of way network but there is an alternative route signed on site. The Order will be in force for a period not exceeding 6 months. Any further extension of the Order beyond six months will be subject to the consent of the Welsh Ministers.
