Brecon Beacons National Park Authority (Public Footpaths Nos. 10 and 11 in the Community of Llangors) Public Path Diversion Order 2019

The BBNPA has made a Public Path Order, affecting the public rights of way situated over land at Eligro and Cae Cottrel, full details of which, consisting of the relevant Notice of Public Path Order together with a copy of the Order, are available from Phil O’Shea ([email protected]).

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Rights of Way Officer, Brecon Beacons National Park Authority, Plas y Ffynnon, Cambrian Way, Brecon, Powys LD3 7HP not later than the 17th May 2019, stating the grounds on which any representations or objections are made.

If no objections or representations are made to the Authority within the period specified in the Notice, the Authority will confirm the Order.  In the event of any objections being received, the Authority will consider sending the Order to the Welsh Ministers requesting that they determine the matter.

      The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority has made a Public Path Order, full details of which are set out in the enclosures, consisting of the relevant Notice of Public Path Order together with a copy of the Order with plan attached.

      If no objections or representations are made to the Authority within the period specified in the Notice, the Authority will confirm the Order. In the event of any objections being received, the Authority will consider sending the Order to the Welsh Ministers requesting that they determine the matter.
