NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 The Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Monmouth Brecon Beacons National Park Authority (Upgrading of public footpaths nos. 124 and 126 (part) in the Community of Goetre Fawr to bridleways and the addition of bridleway no. 297 in the Community of Llanover) Modification Order 2021 The above Order made on the 8th September, 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:

1.upgrading to a bridleway, public footpath no. 124 from the boundary between the communities of Llanover and Goetre Fawr at grid reference 329156,207293 and proceeding in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 460 metres to the junction with public footpaths nos. 125 and 126 at grid reference 329553,207072

2. upgrading to a bridleway, that part of public footpath no. 126 from its junction with public footpaths nos. 124 and 125 at grid reference 329553,207072 and proceeding in a generally south by east direction for approximately 810 metres to grid reference 329820,206342 and continuing in a generally easterly direction for approximately 135 metres to a public road at grid reference 329953,206344; and, 3. adding bridleway no. 297 from the public road near the Goose and Cuckoo public house at grid reference 329135,207301 and proceeding in a generally south easterly direction.
