A member has reported directly to National Park. She has “used this bridleway many times in the past- used to be quiet, steep, rocky track. Came down it with friends towards farm around noon on Sunday 11/07/21. Appalled, very dangerous. Farm used for mountain biking. Huge ‘tractors’ take riders and bikes from parking area to top fields up this track. Track degraded and ‘tractors’ take up width of track. When I motioned to one ‘tractor’ driver to reverse, I was met with jeers and boos. We also witnessed a rider come off a bike, could have landed on one of us. I note from website that there have been complaints in the past. Probably quieter in the week but even if fewer ‘tractors’ using the bridleway, it still isn’t usable in safety”. 

It was an unpleasant and dangerous experience. I was shocked.
