Help still needed by the Park Society

Hello all fellow members of the Park Society.

Your new Executive Committee has settled well into their roles in running the Society, but the demands on their time is still unsustainable due to trying to cover for the roles that have not yet been filled, namely Secretary and Minutes Secretary.

The Minutes Secretary role only needs less than 1 day per month input.

The Secretary role needs a bit more input, but the amount can be tailored to what could be offered by anyone willing to take it on. What we need is someone to take the lead on the duties and co-ordinate help on them from other members of the executive committee and Society members in general.

In the event of additional voluntary help being found from within the Society membership then unfortunately we will need to look seriously at exercising the option of raising our subscription rates to allow us to buy in external help.
