The BBNPA has made a Public Path Order, full details of which are available from Phil O’Shea, consisting of the relevant Notice of Public Path Order together with a copy of the Order with plan. The order is made by BBNPA as it appears to be in the interests of the landowner to divert the path, and in my view, seems reasonable.

If no objections or representations are made to the Authority within 28 days of 18^th February, the Authority will confirm the Order.  In the event of any objections being received, the Authority will consider sending the Order to the Welsh Ministers requesting that they determine the matter.
