FP No. 38 at Farside Barn Public Path Diversion Order 2020
BBNPA has made a Public Path Order on 16th January to divert part of FP38 running from SO229381 and SO230382, to SO229381 and SO230383, with stiles erected. Full details are set out in enclosures, available from Phil O’Shea, consisting of the relevant Notice of Public Path Order together with a copy of the Order with plan attached.
If no objections or representations are made to the Authority before 14th February, the Authority will confirm the Order. In the event of any objections being received, the Authority will consider sending the Order to the Welsh Ministers requesting that they determine the matter.
