Footpath obstructions at Llangattock

Thanks Catherine for notifying me of problems around Llangattock which I’ve reported to BBNP. There is a large fallen tree blocking the path (name 16 34/1 from SO207175 to SO208174) which goes from the main road in Llangattock up to the canal (across private land) this path starts at the Milhouse cottage and leads to a gate up on the canal between the old rectory and Pont Llangatwg.  There is also a missing sign indicating the route (name 16 18/1 from SO209181 to SO213181) from the Dardy through the lane to the B4558 it looks as if the fence running adjacent to part of this route is electrified but there are no signs indicting this as it is a public right of way is this a requirement?
