Application to modify the Definitive Map at Pentwyn Farm

The NPA has received an application to modify the Definitive Map and Statement by adding footpaths at Pentwyn Farm, Castle Road, Llangynidr, Powys NP8 1NG . The evidence submitted is based on usage and alleges use as public footpaths in excess of 20 years. Some documentary evidence has also been submitted.

Available from Phil O’Shea ([email protected]) are:-

• A plan showing details of the application route and indicating any adjacent or connecting rights of way and/or adopted roads.
• A plan incorporating an aerial photograph of the application area.  The Ordnance Survey data and the aerial photograph do not match precisely but it may assist you in gaining an insight into the land use etc. in the area.

Before NPA can progress this application they would be grateful to receive your observations, and request that you reply before the 29 November, 2021. If a response is not received within this period it will be assumed that you have no comments.
