The NPAhas received an application to divert a section of the above rights of ways from Duncan McInerey of Hendre Bolon, Ystradfellte, Aberdare, CF44 9JF. Full details of the following are available from Phil O’Shea

• The plan showing details of the proposal and also indicating any adjacent or connecting rights of way and/or adopted roads.
• An aerial photograph of the application area.
• The justification for proposed diversions.
• The schedule describing the existing and proposed routes
