Application to divert public footpath no. 17 in the Community of Tawe Uchaf, Powys.
BBNPA has sent me a consultation letter, plan and aerial photograph relating to an application from Ashford Price, Dan-yr-Ogof, National Showcaves Centre for Wales to divert public footpath no. 17 in the Community of Tawe Uchaf, Powys. The effect of the proposal would be to move the footpath to the opposite side of the pond as the applicant intends to extend the garden area of Pen y Bont Cottage over the footpath and down to the pond. A means of access along the diversion already exists in order (for the applicant) to gain access to the pond for maintenance purposes.
Before BBPNA can progress this application, they invite observations by the 4th September, 2019. In order for me to relay any comments, please let me have such comments by the end of August. Full details of the proposals are available from me. If a response is not received within this period it will be assumed that you have no comments.
