Application to divert FP no. 10, extinguish a section of footpath no. 11 and create a new footpath at Newcourt Farm Felindre
NPA proposes to divert and extinguish sections of the above ROWs and create a new footpath at Newcourt Farm, Felindre, Brecon, Powys LD3 0SS. The plan shows details of the proposal and also indicates any adjacent or connecting rights of way and/or adopted roads. Also available is a plan incorporating an aerial photograph of the application area. The effect of the proposal would be to:
- provide a more direct and level route across the valley floor;
- avoid the garden at Cwm-dau-nant along with the farmyard and camping site at New Court Farm. The footpath crosses the middle of these at present.
