Changes to Walks

Wherever possible we keep to the advertised programme, but there occasions when we need to make changes:-

  • Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. This does happen, particularly in winter months. Wherever possible we contact all the people who have booked and send a general email out. However, in some cases this may not be possible. If in doubt contact the walk leader.
  • Change of route. This may happen due to weather or the condition of paths. Your walk leader will tell you about this before you leave and he/she has the sole responsibility to make any changes. Please follow the leader.
  • Other Changes. Wherever possible we will put changes in advance of the walk date in the programme on the website. Please keep an eye on the website in the lead up to the date.
