I’ve reported an issue with the footpath above, firstly the path was used temporarily as part of the cycle network while the heads of the valleys duelling was carried out, it has since been returned to its previous state as a footpath however there is no longer any way of accessing the footpath from either end, the gate has now been obstructed by residents by placing large tyres stopping the gate from being opened and previously had been locked with a nut and bolt. Similarly the existing stile that had been in place before the temporary work was carried out has been dismantled in order to prevent people accessing the path. The land is open access and has a footpath marked in the direction of Brynmawr.
