Rights of Way Code: 37/30/4 Restricted Byway in parish of Llanbedr. Grid Reference: SO 24057 20418

A member reports that URGENT action requested to safeguard the public. Two adjacent boundary trees on land belonging to the property Glyn Pedr have blown over undermining the Byway, reducing the width by one third over a five metre length.

The land owners have been informed but they have no facility to erect a temporary barrier or to sign the hazard on site. Carriages should not attempt to pass. Horses, cyclists and pedestrians can still pass with care pending erection of a temporary barrier. Significant work will be required to permanently support the track edge and reinstate the full width.
