NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH CREATION ORDER – HIGHWAYS ACT 1980. NPA has announced (Community of Goetre Fawr at Cwm Wood, Mamhilad). Public Path Creation Order 2022. Announced on 13.7.22

On the 5th August 2025 an Inspector appointed by the Welsh Ministers confirmed the above Order made under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980.

The Order came into force on 17th September 2025. Any person aggrieved by the Order may, within 6 weeks, make an application to the High Court. Information can be obtained from Phil O’Shea
