The NPA has received an application from Michael Baker and Jan Andersen of Pant Yr Heol Ddu, Heol Ddu, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire SA18 2UF to divert a section of the above right of way at Pant yr Heol Ddu. The plan shows details of the proposal and also indicates any adjacent or connecting rights of way and/or adopted roads. Also provided is a plan incorporating an aerial photograph of the application area.The effect of the proposal and the justification for it are detailed in the attached document that has been compiled from the application form. Before this application can be progressed NPAI would be grateful to receive observations, before the 26 May, 2026.
