Effecting Bryn Oer TramwayApplication to divert bridleway no. 29 and extinguish footpath no. 25 (part) in the Community of  Llangynidr, County of Powys – reconsultation

 The NPA proposes to divert and extinguish sections of the above rights of way. Full details incorporating an aerial photograph of the application area, are available from Phil O’Shea

The effect of the proposal would be to divert a section of the bridleway that currently follows the course of the Bryn Oer Tramroad which is no longer suitable for public passage. Before this application can be progressed, NPA would be grateful to receive your observations, and request that you reply before the 15 January 2024. If a response is not received within this period it will be assumed that you have no comments.
