Changed start point for walk Wednesday 14 August

The walk leader arrived at the start point for tomorrow’s Wednesday wander around Penderyn to find the road full of contractors plant, storage container and their vehicles. Onlookers tell me they are installing a memorial stone which is being transferred from the now closed local church. They will be on site for a week so we need a new start point.

The revised start point and parking is at SN 950079 which is a street called Pont pren and is a loop off the west side of the A4059.

The change will not make a difference to the walk distance.
