BBNPA (Public Footpaths Nos. 44 and 86 in the Community of Ystradfellte) Public Path Diversion Order 2024. NearHendre-Bolon

NPA has made a Public Path Order, full details of which are set out in the enclosures, consisting of the relevant Notice of Public Path Order together with a copy of the Order with plan attached which are available from Phil O’Shea. If no objections or representations are made to the Authority by 25^th May, NPA will confirm the Order.  In the event of any objections being received, the Authority will consider sending the Order to the Welsh Ministers requesting that they determine the matter.
