Permissive path near Pen Wyllt

A member reports that at the south end of the permissive path on the dismantled railway at SN 85421602 near Pen Wyllt. There is a small area of land just south of this, which needs to be crossed to get to the road at SN 8543 1576. The tenant who lives in the house on that land has fenced the access off and is turning walkers away.

That permissive path is a very useful link in the network and has for
many years been well used. NPA has advised there is little hope of a resolution. I have contacted NPA
